Eligibility

  • Any person who permanently resides in a rural area
  • No employment condition — farmers, daily-wage workers, homemakers, self-employed all eligible
  • Must have attained majority (18+) and be an ordinary resident of India
  • Special focus on weaker sections and women workers of rural areas
  • NRIs and foreign nationals are not eligible
